- Get a ready posting pack for Idealista, Fotocasa, Leboncoin or PAP and post it from your own account.
- Buyers write to you. You answer, show the home and sign at the notary. Money never goes through us.
We are not an estate agent
- No commission and no success fee. What we may charge later never depends on the sale or the price.
- We do not negotiate, represent you or the buyer. You decide and confirm every step.
- We never hold client money. Deposits and the price go through the notary or directly between you.
